Ancient Greeks literally made temples that serves to worship Aphrodite and the other goddesses listed as well as gods who had mythological fights.
Myths aren’t even real, they were treated as fun stories of god, not always literal events.
Also Aphrodite doesn’t get impatient, it depends on your relationship. not all religions work like Christianity and not all experiences are universal.
