Healing and Renewal Spell

🌼 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐰𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐥𝐥

Purpose: To promote healing and renewal.

Materials:

- A blue or white candle
- A bowl of water
- Fresh herbs (such as mint, basil, or rosemary)

Steps:

1. Light the candle and place the bowl of water in front of you.

2. Add the fresh herbs to the water, stirring gently.

3. Dip your fingers into the water and sprinkle a few drops on yourself, visualising healing and renewal.

4. Say:

“On this day of longest light,
Bring me healing and renew my might.
With sun and herbs, cleanse and renew,
I am healed, whole, and true.”

5. Sit quietly, feeling the healing energy. When ready, extinguish the candle.
