Sun Blessing Spell

 

🌼 𝐒𝐮𝐧 𝐁𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐥𝐥

Purpose: To harness the sun’s energy for positivity and vitality.

Materials:

- A yellow or gold candle
- Sunflower or other summer flower
- A small mirror

Steps:

1. Find a sunny spot outdoors. Place the candle, flower, and mirror in front of you.

2. Light the candle and focus on the flame, visualising the sun’s energy filling you with warmth and light.

3. Hold the mirror to catch the sunlight and reflect it onto the flower.

4. Say:

“On this solstice day, I call upon the sun’s rays,
Fill me with your strength, vitality, and grace.
As the sunflowers turn to follow your light,
May I be guided by your power so bright.”

5. Sit quietly, absorbing the sun’s energy. When ready, extinguish the candle.
